The Nellcor/Mallinckrodt GoodKnight 418G is an in-home care treatment for patients with sleep apnea.  It has an ultra quiet motor and a patient selectable pressure start ramp to help users into sleep.  It features dual meters to track compliance and hours to compare patient use with hours of operation.

The GoodKnight 418G shown in the photo is part of a complete family of GoodKnight CPAP products targeted for home care as well as respiratory care and sleep lab environments.
