OnWafer developed a line of SensorWafer products used in the semiconductor fabrication process to monitor the conditions inside the wafer chambers. The SensorWafer gathers data as it travels through the processing equipment. Once out of the process, the SensorWafer is put into the SmartBox which then "reads" the collected data so the technician can keep the wafer etch equipment running at peak efficiency.
